Great Harvest Bread Company

Craig Locke bought Great Harvest Bread Company in Hamburg, New York, 2 years ago.  With the purchase of the business, Craig added to his diverse professional background; Craig was Dean of Community Education at NCCC and president of a manufacturing firm in Clarence before turning to bread making.

Great Harvest Bread Company grinds all of its own wheat berries at its facility in Hamburg.  Bread is made fresh daily, with seven to nine different choices of bread every week.  Great Harvest Bread can be found at the Elmwood-Bidwell Farmers Market every Saturday with numerous bread choices, as well as freshly-made muffins, scones, cookies and granola.
