Schulze Vineyards and Winery

Schulze Vineyards has been in operation for more than 40 years.  Situated on 122 acres of land just minutes from the south shore of Lake Ontario, we offer a gorgeous country setting and view of the vineyards.  Our wines are exclusively made from Schulze Estate grown grapes. These grapes vary from dry vinifera, such as cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot, to fruity natives, such as Niagara and Catawba. Hybrids consist of Vidal Blanc and Siegfried Riesling.

Our sparkling wines are fermented in the bottle using the classic French tradition, Methode Champenoise.  Our Crement line is sweet and fruity using a pressurized tank method and is a great picnic or party bubbly.  Dessert wines are our RCR Port and Vidal Ice Wine.  Our dedication to quality along with the pride in the grapes we grow is apparent in each handcrafted bottle.

We are located in Niagara County between Olcott and Wilson, one-half mile south of route 18 and 6 miles north of route 104.
